Roy Dawson, is a retired aerospace executive with more than thirty years of experience in Human Resource Management. As a global business leader, he has lived and worked extensively across the United States and in Asia, Europe, the Caribbean and Canada. Roy has brought his extensive experiences in organizational and leadership development; change management; and Diversity to the challenges facing children and families in Arizona.
